Happy Birthday today to former Secretary of State Colin Powell. He's 72, and Johnny Cash's brother is 69. Did you even know Johnny had a brother? I did, but I had forgotten about him. He also sang, but never came close to the same level of fame as Johnny.

We talked about this King of Creeps, John Edwards yesterday. I mentioned that his wife, Elizabeth, has a book coming out. As part of her book promotion tour, she will appear on "Oprah" tomorrow. The show has been taped already and at one point, Oprah asks her, "Are you still in love with him?" Elizabeth's response was, "That's a complicated question". WITH AN ANSWER LIKE THAT, I THINK WE CAN PRETTY MUCH PUT THIS ONE IN THE "NO" CATEGORY. Either that or what's she's saying is IF he had gotten the Vice-Presidency, and IF he had eventually become President, then YES, I'M STILL IN LOVE WITH HIM.

What's going on with Victoria Principal?? According to TMZ.com, Principal's maid, Maribel Banegas claims she had taken Victoria's dog for a walk. When she came back, Principal was enraged and out of her mind. She demanded to know what took so long. Banegas told her what took so long was the dog wouldn't or couldn't poop. At that point, Principal ran upstairs and returned moments later WITH A GUN!!!!!! She pointed it and aimed it at Banegas and said she was going to kill her. She even ordered another housekeeper to stand aside so she could kill Banegas.
